  • We have you covered. We can be your “on island” advocate and be the voice for your property. From checking on your property to assisting law enforcement with an issue we can do what is needed to secure your property.

  • We have a 1 1/2 ton mini excavator and a small tractor which allows us to fit in many places that the big machines cannot. We are able to tailor our service to fit your budget and needs.

  • We can haul material to and from your property. We have a dump truck with 8 1/2 ton capacity and a dump trailer with 2 1/2 ton capacity. We haul rock, cinder and mulch (availability varies on all material). We can also haul off green waste.

About us:

Aloha,

We moved to Fern Acres on the Big Island in 2016. We both work full time in Emergency Medical Services. We are both also volunteers for Hawaii Fire Department, Brian is the Captain and Cristi is a Fire Fighter for Fern Acres 5-D. We are both also active in the Fern Acres neighborhood watch program.

Before moving to Hawaii we bought our property which had a small dwelling on it. When the time got closer for us to move here we found out that someone had moved into our house without our permission. We contacted the Police and found out that we needed an “on island” representative to be our advocate or they would not be able to help us with our trespassers. Finding someone willing to be our advocate proved to be challenging and stressful.

Once we got moved on to our property we had a hard time finding the right person and equipment to work our land (everyone just wanted to clear it, pin to pin). Instead we made the investment and purchased equipment and began doing it ourselves. We have since gone on to working in our neighborhood helping others with their properties. We enjoy helping others with their vision for their properties while trying to preserve native forest.

We saw a need so decided to start this business. We want our community to be the best it can be.

Some of our hobbies include: deep sea fishing, snorkeling, kayaking and keeping our old VW on the road.

Hopefully we can help keep the black clouds away when we help your Ohana with our services.
